At the end of the summer of found myself walking by a bunch of hibiscus plants. I had never really seen them up close much, and I’d never seen the buds. Turns out the buds are pretty cool looking with 2 layers and sharp ridges. They kind of remind me of things in nature that people would make nice 3D pictures when making 3D art was novel. Maybe I should learn how. Maybe I should write something to generate them?

It’s been a busy, crazy year. I’m beginning to feel like I can peek out from under my rock and start to face the world again. Maybe then I’ll get some of my projects up here.

I live by the computer, but I’ve avoided having too much of a presence. I’d like to make use of this space, but I’m a little self-conscious. Time will tell how this all works out.
